Established in 2022, Environmental Informatics and Compliances (EINC) has been started by a passionate environmentalist for whom to provide better environment to us and our future generations.

To achieve this, we provide various services and consultancy in the field of the environment. EINC has been established to contribute expertise, experience and talent for better Environment Management.

EINC has been founded and headed by Sh. BL Chawla, Ex-Sr. Env. Engineer of Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC).

Born in the small town of Rajasthan (India), Mr. Chawla has gained 34 years of experience in the field of the Environment for regulatory compliances of Pollution Control Laws. His services for 05 years in Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and about 29 years in DPCC has given him vast exposure to processes & tools to keep environment compliant.

While rendering services in CPCB & DPCC, Mr. Chawla handled various pollution related issues of vide range of industries, e.g., Common Effluent Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Waste to Energy Plants, C&D Waste Processing Plants, Foundries, etc.

While heading the IT department of DPCC, he also gained experience of building number of web & mobile applications for ease of doing the submission of information for Consent under Water and Air Acts, Authorisation under rules framed under EPA, 1986 and also to submit periodic information online for regulatory compliances, handling complaints against pollution matters in Green Delhi App, etc.
